EKOLOG - from design to implementation - water treatment, sludge processing and biomass, biogas and cogeneration plants for sorting MSW

EKOLOG company has been operating since 1983 and active in the markets of China, Malaysia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.

During 2004-2010 ECOLOG has completed a number of international contracts, including:

• design and construction of solid waste segregation and composting plant in China with a capacity of 220 000 tones/year,
• design of wastewater treatment plants in Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), Oral (Uralsk) and Shymkent in Kazakhstan,
• contracts for supply of equipment for four cities in Ukraine, funded by the EU,
• design and implementation of contract for supply of line for production of construction aggregates in Kazakhstan.

Ekolog specializes in contracts for modernization and construction of:

• WWTP for 20 000-150 000 m3/day or more;
• Water and wastewater PS;
• Water intakes and WTP;
• Sludge and biomass digestions plants with biogas production and cogeneration (EHP);
• Solid waste sorting plants.

Ekolog provides:

• Feasibility Studies and Designs;
• Production of nonstandard equipment for waste water treatment plants and solid waste segregation plants;
• Supply and installation of technological equipment and automation systems;
• Startup & Trial operation;
• Trainings, preparation of operation manuals, aftersales service and supply of spare parts.

During 2010-2013 - company won significant contracts in Ukraine (funded by the World Bank) for modernization or construction of wastewater treatment plants and main pumping stations in the cities of Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odessa and Kalush, and in Kazakhstan: Shymkent, Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk) and Kokshetau.
