The EcoTech 2013 best eco technologies

EcoTech unites the exposition and the Round Table which will be held on September 5th. This is the only specialized expo-event for Kazakhstan and countries of Central Asia. The event is organized by group of companies, namely: Iteca (Kazakhstan), ITE Group Plc (UK), ITE Poland, and ITE China.

There are about 30 companies participating in EcoTech this year, from the Czech Republic, China, Denmark, Italy, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, and Sweden. Poland participates with its national stand. The stand of the Polish Ministry of Economics will contain information on developments by leading Poland manufacturers of environmentally friendly equipment.

The EcoTech exhibition’s geography includes also the following countries which manufacture equipment and technologies on water cleaning and wastewater treatment: Israel, USA, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands; shredders, compactors and presses from Finland, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands. The stands of participating companies will represent such trademarks as Promeco®, Eldan, Salvadori, Sagama, Ralex, Smart Drop, INTC, WEFLO, Scania and others.

Exhibits by the companies «RG-Теkhno» and Scania in the outside space include a backload garbage truck, highly movable and effective of the class. The company specialists are sure that the RG-35 garbage truck is an optimal solution for municipal services of Kazakhstan. The configuration of the superstructure and the chassis fit operations with non-standard and large-dimension wastes under increased requirements to vehicle’s passability and load bearing capacity. Machinery of the class allows effectively optimize the logistics when working with various storage types (containers and bunkers).

The «RG-Теkhno» company will show the whole line of “Blok Signal” and “Weber” high-quality zinc-plated and plastic euro-containers for collection of wastes. These spacy containers allow collecting more wastes without increasing the area of containers and servicing them requires minimal time and fewer personnel.

Equipment for utilization of old tires and caoutchouc will be represented by several companies from Italy, Russia and Kazakhstan. It is remarkable that there are domestic manufacturers of waste euro-containers (“UralskAgroRemMash”), of innovative pipes for subsoil irrigation (“KazKauchuk”), and the largest enterprise in the field of Astana city solid waste disposal (“Astana Tazartu”). The Kazakhstan inventor Nikolai Khramov will represent own development, the Khramov heater, which allows obtaining energy without any smoke.

The sector of industrial water cleaning and water treatment will be widely represented by our constant participant companies: “Membranic technologies”, “Eikos”, «”WodEcoFilter”, “KST-Water” and also by new exponents: “MEGA ProfiLine”, MEGA a.s., “Intekhnоchim NPP” and others.

“Olzhas” Ltd, as an official distributor of ZAO “TD Turmalin”, will demonstrate the medical wastes utilization services on a model line of specialized devices for medical wastes, used railway sleepers, cremation modules (crematoria), cremators, cremation sites, universal highly productive complexes (UPC) for oil-contaminated grounds, drilling and oil slimes, for water-based oil slimes, for associated petroleum gas, liquid and gaseous wastes, for salty and radioactive water, pesticides and chlorinated organics, for obtaining metals, for wastewater sludge.

For the first time in Kazakhstan and at the EcoTech exhibition, the Italian company Promeco will demonstrate the machinery and equipment for processing and utilization of wastes with production of energy and goods.

The “Эко-KZ” company will show equipment for utilization of mercury-containing lamps and containers for communal collection of radiators and lamps from settlements and plant facilities.

An extensive business program is a traditional flavor of EcoTech. On September 5, in the Conference Hall of 11th pavilion of the Atakent Exhibition Centre, from 14-00 tо 18-00 the Round Table will take place under a title “Implementation of the concept on transfer of the Republic of Kazakhstan to “green” economy in the field of waste management”, which will bring together representatives of state regulating bodies, waste processing experts, manufacturers of the equipment and recyclers, nature users, packing producers, in order to discuss possibilities of using instruments of green growth for diversification of economy and sustainable development of regions, as well as questions of effective management of industrial and communal wastes, problems of environmental protection. The Round Table’s bronze sponsor this year is the «NAUE» company, one of the world leaders in production of geo-synthetics.

Within the frame of the exhibition, a polish company «Consus S.A.» will participate in a busy program concerning new technological solutions in the green gas quota trade system. The Kazakhstan Center of Sustainable Production and Consumption organizes a workshop on environmental-energy ratings of industrial enterprises. The Cleantech Latvia Association, the clean technology cluster in Latvia prepared a workshop titled “the Latvian experience: adapting the soviet infrastructure and transferring to modern solutions in the field of water supply and water treatment”

. EcoTech 2013 is officially supported by: Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Environmental Protection, Almaty Mayorship, The Almaty Administration of Natural Resources and Nature Use Regulation. The EcoTech’s business partners are: the Promotion Center for Kazakhstan’s Sustainable Development, the Kazakhstan Center of Sustainable Production and Consumption, the Kazakhstan Association of Nature Users for Sustainable Development (КАПУР).

The first 2004 event being dedicated exclusively to waste disposal and recycling, EcoTech by now integrates issues of air and water protection. As a result, the EcoTech turned into a main forum of Kazakhstan and countries of Central Asia for waste management and nature protection technologies.
