EcoTech 2016 Forum in the new format

12th Central Asian International Exhibition and Conference for Environmental Technologies and Green Innovations EcoTech 2016 for the first time will be held in spring, on April 27 - 28, and for the first time in Astana.

The decision on time and place shifts of EcoTech, traditionally held in Almaty in autumn was adopted with the aim of giving new impetus to the development of exhibition and conference. The organizers highlight the increased interest in the project expressed by government agencies and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based in the capital, and also plan to create a multiplicative effect on the event – the industrial exhibitions for Energy and Occupational Safety will be held in parallel.

It should be noted that the themes of EcoTech are similar to the most of the objectives of “Energy of the Future “EXPO-17”.

The main sections of EcoTech 2016 Exhibition: Recycling and Waste Management, Protection of Industrial and Domestic Water Resources, Air Cleaning Systems and Equipment, Energy and Resource Efficiency, Environmental and Industrial Safety, Environmental Services.

Currently the state pays great attention to environmental protection, including the issues related to water and air pollution. The environmental task of vital importance for Kazakhstan is the creation of waste and recycling system, which requires new cost-effective technologies and the experience of leading countries in this sphere.

In order to achieve the strategic objectives many activities for the rational and eco-efficient use of natural resources are carried out. Ecotech 2016 Exhibition will be the part of the whole complex of measures aimed at improving the environment, gathering the manufacturers and suppliers in the sphere of environment protection in one platform.

Participation in Ecotech 2016 Exhibition is an effective way to implement eco-friendly and green technologies that will help to find solutions to environmental problems, as well as the opportunity to find new customers interested in purchasing the equipment, to get an objective assessment of operational and technical characteristics of the products and technologies.

In parallel with the event EcoTech 2016 the following industrial exhibitions will be held:

  • Power Astana 2016 (Energy, Electrical Equipment and Power Engineering)
  • Kazatomexpo 2016 (Nuclear Energy and Industry)
  • MachExpo Kazakhstan 2016 (Machine Building, Machine Tool Building and Automation)
  • NDT Kazakhstan 2016 (Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics)

The organizers of the event are Kazakhstan Exhibition Company Iteca and its partner International Group of Companies ITE Group (Great Britain) with the support and participation of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Local Administration of Astana city.
