Pneumatic transportation of bottom and flying ash at Kazakhstan industrial plants is actual issue and meets "Green Economy" standards against President's Decree # 577 dd 30.05.13.

Arcon Industries Kazakhstan offers equipment for pnumatic transportation of bottom and flying ash at Power, Thermal, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous plants and Cement plants too from Kopar OY (Finland).

On the following diagram we have equipment supplied by Kopar: pneumatic conveyors are in red and mechnical conveyors are in blue color.

Capacity and quality of Kopar pneumatic conveyors allow to transport any volume and any type of bulky materials.

The principle of pneumatic conveyor is that when vessel is full removed material, vessel will be pressurized by compressed air that removes material to the receiving silo. Then compressed air is used only to the removing.

Filling valves are commonly butterfly – or dome valves. Butterfly valve is cheaper, but because flap is in material flow it wears, mainly from the seal. Dome valve has separate seal that is tightened by compressed air. It opens and closes freely that means less maintenance.

Kopar has got big reference list of currently running plants with own installations and bulky materials data base (ash, ore, chemistry) of completed projects.

Important point about Kopar equipment as follows: less tube clogging opportunity, less wearing parts, low operational costs, easy maintenance (replacement of Kupola valve seal within 20 min without major disasembling). Representative of Operational company, Customer, Designer can inspect at any time Kopar installations at running Thermoelectrical, Power, metallurgical plants.

We invite you to the booth 362 of Arcon Industries Kazakhstan, at EcoTech 2014 Fair in Almaty from 17 till 19 of September.
